1) Submit Your Transcript Request

  • Students should be advised that counselors require a minimum of 10 days for transcript processing.

 

  • Requests through COMMON APP, MYCOALITION, SENDEDU portals — Please input your counselor’s FIRST AND LAST NAME and their EMAIL ADDRESS to send an electronic request.

Information You Will Need to Complete Your Request

     Know your Deadline!!  It takes time for a transcript request to be processed.

  • Date of request
  • Deadline of your application
  • Name of College or Scholarship
  • Mailing Address for the College Office of Admissions or Scholarship (if sending paper transcript)
  • Copy of Counselor Recommendation Form
  • Completed Senior Profile & Parent Questionnaire** (required for recommendations)

–Students are expected to follow up with the college to ensure that their transcript has been received–

 

2) Do you need Letters of Recommendation (LORs)?

Check the college or scholarship website to see if a counselor recommendation is required.

LOR requests must be submitted at least 10 school days BEFORE their deadline.   Completed Senior Profiles are REQUIRED for a counselor to write a recommendation.

  • To request a LOR electronically, please input your counselor’s FIRST AND LAST NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS into the college application portal and follow directions. 
  • Other electronic LOR requests may be emailed to your counselor
  • If you are submitting a paper application to a college, LOR requests should be e-mailed to the counselor OR student should provide a print-out copy of the recommendation form and brought to your counselor to complete.
  • Students are expected to follow up with the college to ensure that their letter of recommendation has been received.
